I take a person-centered approach with every client to ensure a connection and deeper understanding of every need the individual may have. I've worked with individuals who have experienced grief, trauma, substance abuse, as well as those experiencing anxiety and depression.
My approach
I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to complement a person-centered interaction with clients.
My focus
I prefer individuals who are seeking to gain perspective and understanding of what they experience on a daily basis.
My communication style
I can be very animated; however, I am able to tone things down should the mood call for it. I am warm but very realistic in my approach to building rapport with every person I am in front of.
