Hi there, I'm Tiara!

I am a licensed professional counselor. I have over 10 years of experience with counseling and education on family development, which allows me to understand the needs of individuals across various ages of the lifespan. I am a Christian and can offer optional Christian counseling. In addition, I have been through a divorce and single parenting challenges, so I can relate if you are having these concerns. I am able to offer assistance with many life changes, from adjusting to the job and relational stress, to parenting issues, to race and cultural concerns, or family conflict. I have helped many clients manage depression, and anxiety, gain self-confidence, learn coping skills or anger management techniques, as well as process trauma. I have helped to empower clients to move beyond barriers. I aim to help you improve in your spiritual, emotional, social, financial, educational/professional, mental, and physical functioning. I believe that we can gain new hope, new insight, new life, and renewed belief in our own ability to manage negatives once we take a look at the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are keeping us stuck and try to uproot some of these. This can help us become the best version of ourselves.
