My name is Mario Bandes, and I specialize in working with Men; real men deal with real problems. Sometimes, you need to get something off your chest, and it is an issue you cannot talk with the boys about. I offer an opportunity to bounce ideas and problem-solve with no judgment.
My approach
We will work together to resolve the issues that you are having. I take a direct problem-solving approach and use the following therapies: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My focus
I have over 13 years of experience working in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Field. I have worked with Law enforcement, Construction men of all trades, Incarcerated Men/Women, Gamers, Ex Lifers, Student-Athletes, and Your Every Day Hard Working Ass Man.

I take a direct problem-solving approach; we go at your pace and work through different approaches to deal with issues. I offer an opportunity to bounce ideas and problem-solve with no judgment. We will work together to resolve the issues that you are having.
My journey to mental healthcare

During the first session, we get to know you, focus on what it is you want to get out of therapy, and create a plan to achieve your goal.
