Hi, I am Aunre-Anna Tangney. I am a licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I enjoy utilizing CBT and person-centered therapy together to get you to a place of feeling whole again. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

Whether you are on the journey to find healing, balance, establishing boundaries, and desire to find your inner peace, I am here to guide you and take your hand to help you reach a place of inner peace with the ability to take control of your life. I'm excited to work together and help you become the best version of yourself as you walk through this season of your life.

My focus

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts in adults. I also specialize in helping women develop a work-life balance and identify true levels of importance in their lives. Additionally, I specialize in helping people of color with struggles that are unique to them.
