My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
My focus
I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, crisis intervention, substance abuse, and anger management. I also help individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I am willing to see individuals, couples, and families.
