My own experiences have shown me how hard the struggle can be to overcome trauma and depression, but how powerful the release and freedom can be when recovery is achieved. I consider myself your travel guide and will help you navigate obstacles preventing you from moving forward.

I work collaboratively with you to identify what matters most and create practical steps toward your goals. Together we'll build on your strengths and address barriers, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence in your ability to create meaningful change.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to understand your background and current challenges, and we'll begin building a trusting relationship where you feel safe to share openly.
