Hello, nice to meet you! I'm Allison Konovalova, LMFT, practicing in Miami, FL. Therapy is a collaborative, transformative experience and the benefits of the therapeutic relationship can be lifelong. I utilize several approaches including Person-centered, Family systems therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and DBT skills
My focus
I specialize in treating dysfunctional relationship patterns (with families, partners, or friends), identifying and treating communication issues in couples, childhood trauma, addiction, attachment issues, and mood disorders.

I strive to create a warm therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe sharing their challenges, and feel supported.
