I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in Men's Health and Male Issues, as well as Daily Life Adjustments, and Relationship Concerns such as Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Effective Communication.

My approach

My approach to therapy uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, Motivational, Positive, Cooperative, and Integrative.

My focus

I have experience working with client's lack motivation, client's feeling sad, client's struggling with anxiety, couples with poor communication and conflict resolution, Men's health, and Male issues.

My communication style is cooperative, relaxed, humorous, positive, and encouraging.

Goal setting is throughout the counseling process and we will work together to create evidence-based and effective goals.
