My journey to mental healthcare
I had my first personal therapist when I was 8 years old, during my parents, marital difficulties. Unfortunately, my therapist at that time was not a good listener, and I did not feel safe in her presence. That situation motivated me to become a therapist because not only did I want to help people, but I wanted them to feel safe, heard, and supported. My passion has always been to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives. I was seeing others reach their fullest potential drives me to do what I do.
My goals for you
Our collaboration is geared towards achieving meaningful and transformative outcomes. We'll work together to set and achieve goals that align with your personal growth and well-being.
My first session with you
During our first session together, our focus will be on establishing a foundation of trust and understanding. This session is informal and relaxed, aimed at getting to know each other better and exploring your needs, concerns, and goals. We'll take the time to discuss what brings you here and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
