I see individuals and minors ages 13-17. My specialties include anxiety, career counseling, coping skills, depression, emotional disturbance, family conflict, grief, infertility, life coaching, life transitions, mood disorders, parenting, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum issues, self-esteem, stress, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey in mental healthcare began with providing direct service to individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship and parenting issues as a psychiatric social worker for a large medical system. From 7/1994-6/1996, I completed clinical hours for licensure at the Circuit Court of Cook County Forensic Clinical Services.
