Hi there, I'm Alexandra!
I am a cat-loving therapist who enjoys playing tennis, being outside, and meeting new people. I have been a therapist since 2013 and have a passion for helping people reclaim their lives after trauma.
My approach
I use a collaborative approach and adapt modalities to client needs. I am trained in EMDR.
My focus
Come as you are. Therapy is a ride, and I want to be the passenger in their car, helping them navigate the changes you want to make.
My communication style
Compassionate and down-to-earth communication.
My journey to mental healthcare
There are many reasons why being a therapist is aligned with who I am at my core. It started when I was in 5th grade, when my cousin was adopting a child. Now my passion is to help individuals who have experienced trauma or anxiety.
My goals for you
Small steps daily make for big changes in the future.
My first session with you
Let's see if we are a good match. I want you to bee seen and heard.
