My journey to mental healthcare

As someone who chose a career in mental healthcare, my journey was shaped by a personal desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I was drawn to this field after witnessing how mental health challenges can affect not just individuals but entire families and how meaningful support can change everything.

My goals for you

Goal setting with my patients is a collaborative and dynamic process. I believe in creating goals that are both realistic and meaningful to each individual. Together, we work to identify short-term and long-term goals that align with their values, aspirations, and vision for their future.

Our first session

During the first psychiatric visit, patients can expect to discuss in depth their medical and mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any family history of mental health issues. Will conduct a mental status exam and explore the impact of their symptoms on their daily life.
