My clients are people who desire to heal from painful relational wounds so they can start realizing their dreams. I believe you can be empowered to release shame from trauma and feel alive, connected, and free! Through therapy, my clients find comfort in sharing laughter, genuineness, and acceptance of themselves.

I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems work, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy strategies.
