My clients are people who desire to heal from painful relational wounds so they can start realizing their dreams. I believe you can be empowered to release shame from trauma and feel alive, connected, and free! Through therapy, my clients find comfort in sharing laughter, genuineness, and acceptance of themselves.

I work with individuals, couples, and families in addressing issues including depression, anxiety, infidelity, grief, communication problems, and alcohol and drug addiction.

I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems work, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy strategies. This means we will address the thoughts and beliefs influencing your behavior, set realistic and achievable goals based on your current situation, and work together to move beyond challenges.
