Hi there, I'm Charmelle!

Life can feel overwhelming and frustrating at times. It is not always easy to figure things out on your own, but it is also not easy to reach out for help. When you are ready, I am here to support you and explore what you are going through.

My focus

I enjoy working with teens and adults from all backgrounds who want help navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I offer a nonjudgmental, open-minded space and will meet you where you are in your journey.

My approach

Sometimes, therapy means learning practical tools to move forward. Other times, it simply means having a safe space to process your feelings and be heard. I use mindfulness practices, strengths-based strategies, solution-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care tailored to your needs.
