I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I provide a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My focus

I work with clients navigating family conflicts, grief, intimacy issues, depression, attachment issues, divorce, forgiveness, guilt and shame, isolation, life purpose, narcissism, post-traumatic stress, pregnancy and childbirth, self-love, social anxiety, and women's issues.

My approach

My approach is deeply client-centered. I believe each person is the expert in their own story, and I provide a safe, supportive space where you can share your challenges, past traumas, and everything in between at your own pace. Together, we explore what matters most to you while building insight, emotional safety, and self-compassion.
