My approach
I am eclectic and pull from a variety of theoretical approaches. I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. I believe in a multi-faceted approach that includes tackling dysfunctional thinking, teaching coping skills, addressing sources of distress, and identifying solutions.
