Hi there, I'm Netria!

My goal is to help every client gain the needed coping skills to live life as normally as they can after experiencing events that left them feeling depleted. I want every one of us to live our lives to the fullest.

My focus

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and those who have struggled with addictions. I have worked with clients who suffer from Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD, just to name a few.

My approach

The most common theoretical approaches I use in work are Person-Centered Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

My communication style

I am deeply passionate about helping others process and work through their difficulties. Life will throw us many curveballs, and I have learned that having someone take the journey of healing brings us confidence and strength.

My journey to mental healthcare

Children have always been my passion, which is why I chose to further my education in School Counseling. I have worked in community mental health with people from all walks of life.

Goal setting is one of my favorite things to do with my clients. Setting goals within the therapy sessions and in your everyday life is something I will gladly assist with. I love to see the progress a client makes towards accomplishing something they set out to do!

Our first session

During the first session, you should expect to complete an intake assessment, which will assist me in gaining a better understanding of your symptoms, family history, and previous mental health history. This will help me formulate a proper diagnosis and create your treatment plan for future sessions.
