I approach everyone as unique and special with a specific purpose only they can fulfill. I walk the path of healing with you for every step. My approach to helping is to be a support and tool to gain one's life back. I am passionate about my work and believe in the power of helping.

My focus

I have an extensive background in addiction treatment. This experience has allowed me to work with people with most life struggles, illnesses, hurts, and needs. I work well with individuals, groups, families, and couples.

My approach

I can only help after I have truly heard you. I understand everyone is unique with unique needs and gifts. I meet a client where they are in their life journey and provide my insights from experience and training to make a difference.

My communication style

I will never form a judgment of my client or their circumstances. Life is hard and everyone is trying to do their best. I use a lot of humor and confrontation as needed. You will know I care and understand. I hope my clients leave a session feeling safe and optimistic despite circumstances.

I have always loved getting to know others. I appreciate the differences we have and enjoy learning from others. I have always been someone other people feel safe with.

I initially need to hear your story. From there we collaborate on goals and then prioritize those goals.

Our first session

The first session is to get to know each other and the reasons the client has sought out services. I ask a lot of questions in an effort to uncover past issues and circumstances that continue to impact the client today. I find out what you want and what you may need to get there.
