Most of us were not taught to be at home with ourselves. I believe your relationship with yourself defines many other life experiences. My work focuses on attachment wounds, internal and external struggles, identity, low self-worth, grief, and trauma. I provide gentle direction, emotional connection, and a non-judgmental atmosphere.

I use a holistic approach to help you align with your core self and goals. Identifying struggles and exploring the self puts you on a journey of acceptance, resulting in richer relationships. My work encompasses exploration of self, stressors, and healing using creative tools like music, art, and writing.
