I use clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Using active listening gives me the ability to create an environment for you to reflect on your experiences and current challenges without fear.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with my curiosity about why people act the way they do and my desire to show them there is a better way. During my graduate training, I had the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and see how cognitive behavior therapy increased positive growth and change strengthened my resolve.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership between the counselor and the client. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you, identify interventions that will assist in reaching these goals, and modify our treatment plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you.

Our first session

The first session will be an opportunity for information gathering and a discussion on what brings you to therapy. We will get to know each other and collaborate on the right course of action for you.
