Our first session

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We'll complete your intake, discuss what brings you to therapy, and review session guidelines, including confidentiality. It's normal to feel a little nervous at first. Therapy is a process, and we'll take it one step at a time—I'm here to support and guide you throughout.
