Life brings challenges, conflict, pain, stress, and loss. I believe 10% of life is what happens to us, the other 90% is how we cope. That's where I come in. I work with individuals facing substance abuse, anger issues, parenting problems, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My motto is "How can I help?"
