I am based in Hoover, Alabama, and work with clients via telehealth. I have a passion for working with youth and adolescents and seeing them learn, grow, and experience life in a different light. Having the opportunity to engage with people on a therapeutic level and assisting with healthy, alternate ways of coping with life stressors.

My style and therapeutic approach align with the needs of youth, adolescents, and young adults struggling with life's challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, cognitive disorders, grief, trauma, and emotional and behavioral issues.
My approach
My approaches are DBT and CBT. Dialectical Behavior Therapy helps me help others develop effective skills to manage emotions as well as maintain and improve interpersonal relationships. With CBT, I am able to help clients identify, alter, or change harmful, ineffective, or negative thinking and focus on positive patterns of thinking.
