I offer therapeutic interventions that focus on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, focusing on changing unhelpful thought patterns, most notably known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also utilize solution-focused therapy, talk therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and other relevant modalities.
