I take a developmental approach to helping clients build strategies and skills to manage challenges. I believe our early experiences shape how we handle distress, solve problems, and develop relationships. My work views current challenges through a developmental lens.
My focus
I work with families raising young children, including biological, foster, adoptive parents, grandparents, and the children they care for. My strengths lie in working with early childhood trauma, neurodivergent clients, communication struggles in relationships, and those who want to learn different ways to manage emotions.
My approach
I believe we exist within a system of relationships we were born into and develop as we grow. I match my clinical interventions to the strengths and needs of my clients, taking an integrative approach. I help clients understand brain development and how our nervous systems manage stress.
