Adults have unique issues: regrets, past traumas, caring for children and aging parents.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach drawing from evidence-based therapies. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, we can uncover negative thinking and view circumstances in a healthier way. Trauma-focused therapy helps with healthier coping skills and processing trauma. Motivational interviewing assists you in changing unhealthy behavioral patterns.
