Hi there, I'm Miranda!

I work primarily with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and stress management, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help my clients improve their thoughts and feelings.

My focus

I have found that my style is a good fit for adults struggling with everyday stress and negative thinking. Unmanaged stress can lead to anxiety, depression, anger, substance use disorders, and intensify symptoms associated with mood disorders. I help clients better understand their symptoms and learn effective coping skills.

My approach

My approach to therapy is streamlined to the needs of each client. I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, as both methods help me and the client build a healthy rapport and allow us to work together to achieve his or her personal goals.
