My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been curious about what shapes the way people think, feel, and behave. That curiosity led me to become a therapist and continues to guide my work today. I consider it a privilege to help people overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change—not just temporary relief. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, set realistic goals, and build practical skills you can use outside of therapy. We'll regularly measure progress and adjust our plan as your needs evolve.

Our first session

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that's completely normal. During our first session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll create a personalized plan so you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about what's ahead.
