I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Benton, AR, fluent in English and Spanish. I help people heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression and rebuild their confidence and relationships. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where real healing can happen.

I work with adults, teens, and families, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and parent-child or family relationship challenges. Many of my clients have felt unheard or judged before. Here, you’ll be met with understanding, respect, and tools that work for real life. Please note that I do not provide marriage therapy at this time.
My approach
Trauma is my specialty through a compassionate approach that meets you where you are. Using EMDR attachment and inner child work along with other evidence-based methods, I help clients process painful experiences and find balance. My goal is to make therapy feel safe, effective, and genuinely life-changing.
