I am an eccentric, yet grounded artist, mom, and nature lover. I enjoy assisting those moving dense energy from their system to higher alignment. I talk about psychosomatic, nervous system regulation, and balance in everyday living for increased wellness.

We navigate through skills that best support you, such as cognitive behavioral techniques to improve thought life or dialectical behavioral therapy skills to increase your tolerance for distress. We discuss body movement exercises to help you integrate mind, body, and spirit.
