My work centers on supporting underserved communities, including women, older adults, LGBTQIA individuals, people of color, and those with disabilities. With experience in general mental health, trauma, geriatrics, and deprescribing benzodiazepines, I approach each person with empathy and respect.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked in the helping fields my entire professional life- from social work to psychiatric nursing to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner with a master's in nursing education and undergraduate degrees in both social work and nursing.
