I believe in offering a safe, supportive, affirming, yet challenging environment that offers accountability and aids a person in achieving change. My clients can expect a partnership that is welcoming and non-judgmental yet impactful and transformative.

My journey to mental healthcare

I can think of no greater responsibility than keeping someone's secrets or any greater joy than holding someone's hand while they do the difficult work of changing their lives. I became a therapist because I believe in our ability to CHANGE.

My goals for you

I have a collaborative and empowering approach to counseling, so helping you identify YOUR goals, creating a plan to reach those goals, and identifying barriers and other factors that keep us stuck will be prioritized in counseling.

The first session is essentially a getting-to-know-you session. It is an opportunity to share where you've been, where you are, and where you are trying to go.
