Hi there, I'm Jodi!
I strongly believe in self-empowerment. I enjoy helping clients find the tools to change their own lives. I work a lot with patients that have experienced trauma, whether the trauma happened recently or decades ago. I am a Christian-based therapist, but I am very experienced with religious traumas and work well with those who struggle with faith.
My focus
I am trained in a couple of different trauma therapies. My main focus is PTSD and trauma as well as child abuse. I am a CPT provider and I am certified in DBT as well. I also used CBT and TF-CBT
My approach
I encourage positive and healthy life changes, whether it's ending negative thought processes or improving self-esteem. I'm a strong victim advocate and I believe in self-empowerment and women's empowerment.
