My communication style

I communicate in a clear, warm, and collaborative way to support relational safety and meaningful exploration. I show up authentically and adapt my language to fit your style when helpful. I slow things down when needed, gently challenge when it supports growth, and focus on helping you feel understood while highlighting your strengths.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew in high school that I was drawn to becoming a therapist, but I explored other paths due to uncertainty. I’ve always naturally supported others in vulnerability and valued walking alongside people through challenges. My experiences shaped a hope in people’s capacity to grow and heal, and I continue to grow as both a clinician and a person.

My goals for you

I help clients move toward their goals by building self-understanding and turning insight into meaningful action. At times, this involves experimenting with new ways of responding, and at other times learning to safely witness and care for parts of experience that have been avoided. Over time, clients create lasting, sustainable change.

Our first session

We start by getting to know you and what brings you here. There’s no pressure to share more than you want. You can come back to or adjust what you’ve said as we go. We focus on what feels most important, begin making sense of your experiences together, and explore how I can best support you. We identify helpful directions and address any questions.
