My journey to mental healthcare

I was always drawn to helping, teaching, and supporting! It was as a teacher many years ago, when students would come see me just to talk, feel support, or just breathe in a peaceful space, that I realized one on one and navigating real life hardships were how I best help others, and this remains true today after more than a decade in the field!

My goals for you

I listen to a client's needs and hopes for their life, and we build the plan together! I will be your cheerleader, your objective mirror, your GPS reader as you navigate what is keeping you from moving forward.

Our first session

A first session together means building the first step of the most important piece of the therapy equation - the relationship. I want to meet you where you're at in life, give you a chance to ask questions, and create a space and plan with which you are comfortable and can grow trust!
