My journey to mental healthcare

I became a mental health provider because I truly care about the well-being of others. It warms my heart to be able to provide support to others during the most challenging moments in their life.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with clients by actively listening, breaking down goals into smaller goals, being realistic, and helping clients identify potential obstacles in reaching those goals. From there, I utilize different tools and models to guide the journey.
