I have worked in acute settings and inpatient hospitalization working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. I currently work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
My approach
My therapeutic approach can best be described as eclectic. While CBT is the baseline for therapy, I employ other modalities including Motivational Interviewing, BSFT, Narrative, and Humanistic to name a few.
