My approach to therapy is different and very effective. I'm trained in both neurology and psychology, which allows me to help clients see significant improvements quickly. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and other challenges using evidence-based neurological methods.

I work with teens and adults struggling with depression and anxiety. My neurological approach has also been very successful in helping people with ADHD, PTSD, addictions, eating disorders, and grief.
