My approach
My first therapeutic approach is a client-centered approach where the person is the expert in their story. Beyond the approach, I move into a unique design to therapy that initiates self-discovery along with parts work, personality assessment, values, and gazing into the struggles of attachment pain. I view myself as an emotional processor.
