I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working as a mental health counselor. I have been married for over 21 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, and ADHD.

I have worked with young adults and geriatrics in dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief issues. I have worked well with teens for over thirteen years and helped them to build their self-work, conduct mock interviews, and be assigned to a probation officer.

My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Psycho-Dynamic, and Rational-Emotive Counseling. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also utilize a Holistic Approach to clients as well.
