Hi there, I'm Derrick!

I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, and ADHD. I also support people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My goal is to help you navigate these challenges with compassion and understanding.

My focus

I work well with teens, young adults, and older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief. I help teens build self-worth and navigate probation challenges. I also focus on addictions, family conflicts, anger management, self-esteem, life changes, adoption and foster care, aging issues, blended families, and communication problems.

My approach

My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Psycho-Dynamic, and Rational-Emotive Counseling. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also utilize a Holistic Approach to clients as well.
