My passion for mental wellness stems from a desire to understand how people navigate life’s challenges and to support them through difficulties. Through helping those facing issues such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression, I've seen the transformative impact of therapy and believe in everyone's potential for growth, healing, and change.

We’ll prioritize what matters most to you—like enhancing connections with healthy boundaries and clearer communication or boosting confidence by reframing negative self-talk—and adjust our plan as you progress so it remains meaningful and supportive.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals for our work together and move at a pace that feels right for you. We'll use this session to help you feel comfortable and begin building a safe space where you can focus on personal growth and positive change.
