Our first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for your therapy journey. It’s normal to feel a mix of curiosity and nervousness—starting therapy takes courage, and this first step matters. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
