I’m directive when needed, offering guidance and practical tools, but I also adjust my approach to fit what works best for you. Open communication is key, and I encourage honesty, and feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been fascinated by people, their stories, struggles, and what helps them grow. Being a therapist just felt like the right fit because I truly believe in the power of connection and healing. What keeps me going is seeing people find their strength, gain new perspectives, and make real changes in their lives.

Together, we’ll identify what’s most important to you, break it down into manageable steps, and adjust as needed. I believe in setting goals that are both meaningful and realistic, balancing structure with flexibility.

Our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. I’ll ask questions to gather background information, explore your current challenges, and start identifying potential goals. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work.
