I understand the effects of trauma experienced in childhood and its impact on adults. I'm interested in your story, how it has shaped you, and the life changes you want to make. I specialize in treating adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, and tragedy, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
My focus
I have had great success working with children and adults. However, my current client focus is adults aged 18 through the lifespan.
My approach
I use EMDR and CPT as primary modalities, along with CBT, MI, and DBT techniques. Psychoeducation is central to my practice. Together we determine the best course of treatment based on where you are now and the progress you'll make. Always ask questions when something isn't clear, and I'll do the same.
