Hi there, I'm Nina!
I am a Counselor, a wife, and a mother of three. I earned my education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2014 and later completed my Master’s in Counseling in 2018 while pursuing work aligned with my purpose. I have now been serving in the counseling field for over seven years.
My focus
I specialize in supporting individuals working through anxiety and depression, particularly as these challenges relate to motherhood and young adulthood. These two groups often carry unique pressures, transitions, and expectations. Whether it's identity shifts, life stressors, parenting challenges, or emotional overwhelm, I strive to support you.
My approach
We all come into life with a “tool bag.” However, our experiences determine what’s in that bag and how we use it. Some days, exploring your bag is fun and uplifting, while other days it calls you to do some serious self-work. That’s how our counseling relationship will work. I'll provide space for you to unpack your bag and purge.
