My communication style

I am a listener. I brings my genuine self to each session as no one should expect less. I will ask questions to all my clients so that they can see their issues/concerns through a different lens. I offer unconditional positive to every person I work with, with a side of humor to lighten the load when the client can no longer see humor or light

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist a very, very long time ago because I wanted to help. A teacher in college told me that the biggest part of my job would be showing up and actually hearing what my clients needed to say to heal. It is such a gift to be offered someone's trust to help them with their darkest secrets and to watch them heal and grow.

My goals for you

I listen. People hear things differently when they talk about themselves or their situations out loud. I believe in Person Centered therapy and CBT to offer a different view of their concerns.

At our first session, there will be questions to be answered by both parties as we begin building rapport before we start your journey.
