I work with various individuals on trauma, PTSD, or abuse using EMDR. I am certified with EMDRIA. I also employ DBT to decrease emotional dysregulation. DBT helps with anxiety, depression, etc.

I enjoy working with clients to alleviate trauma. Helping clients who feel stuck achieve freedom and motivation for change. Empowering clients and building confidence in themselves to increase self-love. I want clients to feel safe.
