I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, but sometimes need an outside perspective from someone that challenges them, but also makes them feel seen, heard, and validated in a safe, non-judgmental space.
My focus
I work with clients navigating disability-related concerns, chronic pain, college and life transitions, identity issues, anxiety, and depression. My ideal client is open to change, committed, and willing to do the necessary work to become the best version of themselves.
